SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed upon receipt, please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing time and 1-5 days after processing for your order to be delivered. Processing and shipping time estimates do not apply for holidays or non-business days. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Orders received after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to MOXIE BEAUTY facility due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. We are not responsible nor cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to your address by the USPS after they leave our facility. Lost or stolen packages, please fill out a claim at USPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding.
TRACKING
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active and to be updated. If you receive your confirmation email after 5 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following business day for tracking to become available.
